The Design of this machine is such, that it can be Scaled to a Different Size, Modified for an Alternative use or Built exactly the way it is shown on the website. Mechanically, the design addresses issues other manufacturers have ignored or left out.
Some areas that are addressed are: Easier, more accurate Limit Switch adjustments, Quick Access To Lead Screw Nuts for Adjustment or Service, as well as Easier Axis "Disengagement" to allow you to properly "Square Up" a machine. This allows any Axis to "Free Roll" back and forth. You will also find necessary Alignment Pins & Sockets Imbedded in the "Z" stroke plate for repetitious tooling alignment.
You will Get Drawings to mount the Popular 1617EVS BOSCH Router Head, The DEWALT Trim Router and a Floating Engraving Spindle. Other Drawings are included for an innovative "Tooling Clamp" that when used with a Trim Router or Engraving Spindle, It allows for entire head changes with the flip of a lever !
